I’m Robin.

I know what it’s like to be lost in the wilderness of health.

And I know that we’re all just figuring out how to nourish ourselves.

My work is informed by thousands of hours of yoga, fitness, massage, nutrition, and mindfulness training.

It’s also inspired by the land, the ocean, the dirt, and all the ways in which we humans are part of nature.
